We would like to cordially invite you to participate in an exciting event at Jacoby Golf Course in Laramie Wyoming.  Jacoby Golf Course and the University of Wyoming have partnered with the First Tee to create our inaugural University of Wyoming First Tee Pro-Am.  Here at Jacoby we are lucky to have the only First Tee program in the state of Wyoming. Our main job as golf professionals is to promote the game of golf and the First Tee program has set the standard for junior golf programs.  If you have not heard of the First Tee it is a nationwide organization dedicated to impacting the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character-development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.  Our program here in Laramie has been extremely successful and our numbers of juniors have been growing every summer.  We hope through this event to raise money to expand our opportunities for this program and provide our juniors with the best teaching facilities in Wyoming.

Our event will begin on Friday, August 28^th with a banquet dinner catered by Altitude’s Chophouse and Brewery, guest speaker, and silent auction. Proceeds of the banquet will benefit the First Tee Program. Saturday the 29^th the 18-hole Pro-Am tournament will begin. The tournament consists of an 18-hole team event, an 18-hole professional event, and Skins and Deuce Pot. An awards banquet and BBQ will follow the event. A two hour First Tee Junior Clinic will also take place on Saturday. First Tee players will receive a t-shirt in recognition of attending.

            We invite you to participate in the event in any way possible. The banquet including a Silent Auction, guest speaker, and Altitude’s dinner will take place on Friday night at Jacoby Golf Course at 6:30pm. Table tickets are being sold for $200 a table, as well as individual tickets, one for $20 and two for $35. Participating sponsors will receive two free tickets for the Friday night banquet. If you would like to sponsor, attend, or golf, we would love to have you.

            If you are interested in buying tickets, participating in sponsorship or by golfing, the following forms are included:

-A ticket form which can be mailed to Jacoby Golf Course along with your check, cash, or credit card payment.

-Entry Application for the Saturday Pro-Am Tournament

-A Sponsor form (If you are unable to attend, you can still show your support for the First Tee Program by donating a silent auction item or moneys for the event) All sponsor names will be displayed in appreciation for your donation.
