Jacoby Golf Course and the University of Wyoming have partnered with the First Tee to create our inaugural University of Wyoming First Tee Pro-Am.  Here at Jacoby we are lucky to have the only First Tee program in the state of Wyoming.  Our main job as golf professionals is to promote the game of golf and the First Tee program has set the standard for junior golf programs.  If you have not heard of the First Tee it is a nationwide organization dedicated to impacting the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character-development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.  Our program here in Laramie has been extremely successful and our numbers of juniors have been growing every summer.  We hope through this event to raise money to expand our opportunities for this program and provide our juniors with the best teaching facilities in Wyoming.

Today we would like to ask for a donation of $250.00, or more, or an item for the silent auction to help us grow the game of golf through the First Tee golf program here in Laramie, Wyoming. Your donation will help us improve our First Tee practice facilities which in turn will help improve the abilities of the junior golfers we have and will have in the First Tee program here at Jacoby. Our goal this year is to raise $50,000 to expand and improve the University of Wyoming First Tee golf program. Your donation would go towards building and maintaining that facility and help us increase the amount of help we have at the University of Wyoming First Tee.
